Manage employees' attendance policies and work with the attendance software.
Execute monthly payroll administration accurately and on time.
Preparing and manage personnel contracts, extensions, and terminations.
Prepare personnel information, part-time work hours, earnings, and deductions for calculating salaries.
Responsible for employee queries on C&B issues.
Coordinate administrative tasks such as preparing introduction letters and payslips.
General HR administration and team projects as assigned within the stated guidelines and timeframes.
Administer employee insurance, working with insurance brokers and plan carriers
Familiarity with System Rahkaran & Kasra.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering or any other related field.
Having good knowledge in labor law.
Advanced skills in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Must have attention to detail and the ability to multitask and work under constant deadlines.
Being responsible and committed.
Being people oriented and having good communication skills.
Excellent Analytical Skills, Strong Presentation Skills, Excellent Data Management Skills.
Professional level of verbal and written communication skills.
