شرح موقعیت شغلی

Task in details:

  • Manage employees' attendance policies and work with the attendance software.
  • Execute monthly payroll administration accurately and on time.
  • Preparing and manage personnel contracts, extensions, and terminations.
  • Prepare personnel information, part-time work hours, earnings, and deductions for calculating salaries.
  • Responsible for employee queries on C&B issues.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks such as preparing introduction letters and payslips.
  • General HR administration and team projects as assigned within the stated guidelines and timeframes.
  • Administer employee insurance, working with insurance brokers and plan carriers
  • Familiarity with System Rahkaran & Kasra.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering or any other related field.
  • Having good knowledge in labor law.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Must have attention to detail and the ability to multitask and work under constant deadlines.
  • Being responsible and committed.
  • Being people oriented and having good communication skills.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills, Strong Presentation Skills, Excellent Data Management Skills.
  • Professional level of verbal and written communication skills.
