شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibility:

Familiar to employer branding
Source passive candidates
Search resume databases for ideal candidates
Communicate effectively with hiring managers
Build a robust and consistent talent pool to find qualified candidates, both active and passive
Screen CVs and identify the most qualified for a given position
Posting job openings on media and social media outlets
Scheduling interviews
Update job descriptions for all positions in business units.
Identify and analyze employee competency gaps.
Analyzing, designing, developing, delivering and evaluating training to meet business needs.
Implementation of performance management process.
Analyze and integrate performance management outputs with training needs.
Create an integrated training dashboard and generate reports.

Requirements:

Good knowledge about best practices
Coach-able person
verbal communication
Proficient with computers, especially in MS Office
English Language
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Getting to know the employer brand
