شرح موقعیت شغلی

As one of the most reliable and experienced companies in the cryptocurrency market of Iran, Exonyx Group needs a capable human resources manager to advance its organizational goals.

Required skills:

  • Very high follow-up and accuracy
  • Experience and ability to create and manage positive and constructive interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Strong speaking and writing skills
  • Strong communication and public relations skills
  • Ability to negotiate and solve problems
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
  • Proficient in concluding contracts with personnel, contractors, and affiliated organizations
  • Proficient in office and automation software
  • Proficient in drafting regulations and administrative procedures
  • Proficient in salary calculations
Tasks and objectives:

  • Determining recruitment goals and monitoring its process
  • Maintaining effective, capable, and committed forces in the organization
  • Communicating with employees through different communication channels
  • Holding meetings to evaluate and monitor employees
  • Determining the best solutions for challenging situations
  • Writing job descriptions, interview questionnaires, and performance review templates
  • Correct implementation of employee benefits and compensation programs, job classification
  • Monitoring the implementation of disciplinary regulations and dealing with employee violations
