Responsibilities:

Help third-party companies and vendors to integrate using our API sets.
Test and review API sets to ensure all third-party vendors’ requirements are met and working correctly.
Support integrated third-party companies and vendors with their product, tech, and integration issues.
Keep third-parties update about latest changes and make sure they completely understand our new features or rules.
Report, communicate and follow up on issues with the relevant teams until the desired results are achieved.
Collaborate with all involved teams to ensure issues are addressed promptly.
Report and follow up recurring issues periodically with relevant squads and stakeholders.
Follow up with stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
Report internal or external bugs and errors to relevant people and teams.
Provide reports, feedback, and suggestions to the team manager.

Requirements:

At least a bachelor’s degree in IT management, computer engineering, or other relevant majors.
At least 2 year of experience in Product Support or the same positions.
Familiar with snappfood products and their features to enhance interaction and understanding of product issues.
Experience with agile methodologies and relevant tools like Jira and Confluence.
Familiar with APIs and experienced using API test tools like postman etc.
Familiar with databases and SQL queries.
Good knowledge of http protocol and computer networks.
Problem-Solving attitude and analytical thinking skills.
Facing issues with a keen eye and detail-oriented insight.
Passionate and patient in performing tasks.
Time management and multitasking ability.
Strong self-confidence and crisis management.
