We’re seeking a talented and motivated Product Manager to help us keep moving things forward. Life as a product manager can mean working in different areas, in order to deliver value to clients and couriers. Day to day, you’ll tackle new, interesting business problems and find innovative, creative ways to solve them. This person would be responsible for defining the product roadmap and alignment, and help drive the execution. You will work with a diverse team of product managers, engineers, data scientists, operations leaders, and more, to solve complex problems in simple ways.

Responsibilities:

Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
Develop a clear understanding of clients and couriers needs and pain points.
Create a product roadmap, setting priorities and timelines.
Define product features, functionality, and specifications.
Collaborate with design and development teams to turn ideas into product plans.
Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and industry developments.
Identify opportunities for product improvement or expansion.
Perform competitive analysis to position the product effectively.
Communicate product updates and progress with stakeholders and team members
Act as a bridge between various teams, ensuring everyone is aligned on product goals.
Monitor the product's performance and make adjustments as needed.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
Analyzing data and tracking product performance in line with established criteria.
Manage the entire product lifecycle, from conception to end-of-life decisions.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the industry or domain related to the product.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of product management tools and methodologies.
