Job Summary

We are seeking an adept Associate Product Manager to actively contribute to the development of new products and features, guiding them from conceptualization to launch. Success in this role requires prior experience in overseeing the complete project lifecycle. Your primary responsibilities encompass gathering product requirements, prioritizing feature implementation, and enhancing the overall user experience. We are looking for candidates who can seamlessly blend technical expertise with qualifications in Business Administration or Marketing. Ultimately, you will collaborate with internal teams to create products that bridge market gaps and heighten customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Propose product enhancements to elevate the user experience.
Conduct quality assurance assessments on products.
Collaborate closely with the engineering department to deliver functional solutions.
Conduct thorough research to pinpoint customer needs and market opportunities.
Prioritize the integration of new features and establish precise timelines.
Engage with the Marketing department to ensure effective advertisement and positioning of new products.
Monitor and report on user feedback and reactions post-launch.
Develop support and training materials for both internal and external users
Benchmarking competitors and similar products

Requirements and skills

Prior experience in a role such as Associate Product Manager or similar
Proven track record of managing the entire product lifecycle
Familiarity with market research, consumer behavior, and marketing techniques
Hands-on experience with web technologies
Proficiency in project management tools, such as Jira or Trello
Strong time management skills
Excellent communication skills, coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
MSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Fluency in spoken English at a proficient level is viewed as a valuable asset.
