DigiExpress is a forward-thinking logistic company dedicated to pushing the boundaries of technology. We are looking for a professional and motivated People Analytics and Organization Development Supervisor to join our HR team and lead our people analytics and organization development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Headcount planning and reporting.
Update organizational structure.
Prepare job descriptions.
Develop career paths.
Generate HR reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) for HR objectives and key results (OKRs).
Provide analytical reports on organizational matters and translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
Automate data collection and analysis processes for HR.
Develop and manage human resources dashboards.
Generate reports and analyze metrics and trends related to aspects such as time to hire (TTH), tenure, etc., and create human resources reports.
Gather and evaluate data using statistical analysis and data modeling techniques to identify patterns and trends.
Present data-driven insights to enhance processes, strategies, and decision-making.
Provide training and support to the HR team and other stakeholders on HR data analysis tools, techniques, and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
Proficient in data analysis tools like Excel and Power BI.
Knowledgeable about HR systems and databases.
3+ years of experience in the field of Human Resources.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
