At Digikala, our Commercial Team plays a critical role in shaping the product offering and driving sustainable growth. We are responsible for building strong supplier partnerships, optimizing pricing and assortment strategies, and ensuring customers have access to the right products at competitive prices. By combining data-driven insights with market awareness, the team continuously improves the end-to-end commercial performance—from sourcing to sales—within a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor customer needs, market trends, competitive landscape, and commercial performance
Manage relationships with existing suppliers and lead contract negotiations
Identify, source, and onboard new suppliers while building long-term partnerships
Analyze historical sales data to forecast demand and customer buying behavior
Recommend promotional activities and optimize delivery schedules to manage inventory effectively
Take end-to-end ownership of the commercial lifecycle for assigned product categories
Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to plan and execute sales campaigns
Ensure price competitiveness across the retail market
Manage product assortment and inventory levels to maximize sales and efficiency
Requirements:
Solid experience in the gold industry
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales or procurement
Familiarity with gold products is a strong advantage
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement
Strong decision-making skills with a data-driven mindset
Proven analytical and quantitative abilities
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Passion for learning and personal development
Strong team player with the ability to work in a creative and high-energy environment
