شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to attract and recruit qualified Bikers for our fleet
  • Identify target markets, channels, and recruitment tactics to optimize Biker acquisition
  • Manage the acquisition process for Bikers including sourcing, lead creation, onboarding, and activation depending on the needs of each destination, supervising and training them on the company’s policies
  • Hire, onboard, and lead all team members and develop them through ongoing feedback and performance monitoring
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new Bikers and implement plans to ensure sufficient, on-demand driver supply
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and track the effectiveness of Biker acquisition campaigns
  • Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators and provide insights for improvement
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement
  • Develop and lead new channels of driver acquisition
  • Wok with all the cities to make sure best practices and standard operating procedures are being followed
  • Develop and maintain a full understanding of the local driver labor market
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and Biker’s preference
Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of acquisition strategies, techniques  and best practices for acquiring bikers
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret recruitment metrics
  • Proficient in assessing biker qualifications, skills, and suitability for the role
  • Knowledge of relevant hiring platforms and tools
  • Ability to design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs
  • Familiarity with key performance indicators (KPIs) related to delivery efficiency
  • Experience in using data analytics tools for performance monitoring
  • In-depth understanding of local transportation regulations and safety standards
  • Experience in developing and implementing safety training programs
  • The role has some missions in Tehran and Province
