Responsibilities:
Facilitate vendor onboarding process
Create and maintain Close relationships and communication with KA Vendors as the main contact person
Having the responsibility of reaching Key Account vendors to their order targets
Creating Monthly Plans to improve Sales performance of Key Account Vendors
Continuous monitoring and analysis of Key Account vendors’ performance and sharing insight for them in order to improve performance.
Pushing Key Account vendors for promotion participation and offering deals
Continuous checking of Key Account vendor operational KPIs and assist vendors to improve them
Requirements:
Exceptional software skills and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Problem Solving Skills Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Critical thinking
Conflict resolution skills and social perceptiveness
