شرح موقعیت شغلی

A minimum of 5 years’ experience.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficient in all Microsoft applications.

Superior product knowledge.

A team player with leadership skills.

Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction

Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.

Oversee the relationship with customers by formulating and revising customer support policies and promote their implementation.

Keep customers updated on the product in order to increase C2C approach.

Keep team updated on new information related to products, procedures, and trends.

Conduct business meeting to plan strategies according to business OKRs.

Know business competition and strategies accordingly.

Managing the customer support department’s day-to-day functions

Implementing customer support processes to enhance customer satisfaction (automation - VoIP - ERP).

Assessing support statistics and preparing detailed reports on the findings (data).

Interviewing and hiring new employees to build a team.
