شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for an experienced Full-time Mid-level Product Designer to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our digital products. You will take direct ownership of one or multiple products, collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities will span from translating business requirements and user needs into innovative design solutions to delivering to our development teams. In addition, you'll be an active participant in continuous collaboration with the design team. You'll also contribute your creativity to team brainstorming sessions for various projects.

The job is a hybrid position in the Tehran office.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design process, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives.
Good knowledge of design thinking framework to bring an iterative approach to all design phases.
Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, developers, scrum masters, and team members to find creative solutions that are feasible to implement.
Create visually appealing and functional solutions, considering usability & accessibility.
Observe current user behavior and make design suggestions to improve UX.
Actively contribute to building and maintaining an internal design system.
Strong problem solving mindset to address design challenges effectively.
Help maintain and improve the internal design process
Expert with visual design and prototyping tools such as Figma.

Key requirements:

Proven experience as a product designer with a focus on UCD principles.
Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently.
Experience in conducting user research.
Well-rounded portfolio of client work, demonstrating a strong understanding of client objectives.
Great time management skills.
Experience designing for iOS, Android, and the Web.

Nice-to-have experience:

E-commerce platforms
UX writing skills
Front-end development
Actively contribute to building and maintaining an internal design system.
