شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities

  • Own the Digital HR product roadmap and backlog; prioritize problems and initiatives based on user value, impact, effort, and strategic alignment
  • Lead end-to-end product discovery and delivery using user insight and data; define requirements and work with technical teams or vendors through release
  • Define product KPIs and analyze usage, funnels, feedback, and product performance to identify improvement opportunities
  • Own product health with technical teams, including release quality, incidents, reliability, access control, data privacy, and integrations
  • Align HR and cross-functional stakeholders, manage rollout and change adoption, and coordinate vendors or SaaS solutions where applicable

Experience

  • Proven Product Management experience with end-to-end ownership from discovery to delivery and adoption
  • Experience managing multiple products or initiatives and cross-functional stakeholders in a complex organization
Technical Skills

  • End-to-end product management: discovery, roadmap, backlog, delivery, and adoption
  • Product analytics: defining KPIs and analyzing funnels, usage, feedback, and outcomes
  • Working understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows, dependencies, access control, and security
  • Experience working with technical teams and/or SaaS vendors
  • Familiarity with automation, AI, or HR technology is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Soft Skills

  • Structured problem solving and critical thinking
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
  • High ownership and ability to work independently in ambiguity
  • Strong prioritization across competing needs
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration and change facilitation
