شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities:


 


  • Develop systems that support the company’s operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, customer service, and transportation management.
  • Create reports and monitor system performance to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in processes or procedures.
  • Train staff on new systems or procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to logistics operations.
  • Partner with the performance lead to prioritize and deploy performance measures (new KPIs) a best in class & efficient transportation organizations, as well as to establish cascading targets globally and regionally.
  • Identify, measure, and prioritize losses and waste in financial terms and manage and drive projects which will bring financial benefit to the organization with problem-solving tools (Lean, 6 Sigma, Kaizen, industrial engineering, etc.)
  • Execute monthly OKR reviews and performance-relevant actions.
 


Required qualifications: 



  • Minimum  3 years of experience in transportation and/or logistics operations and a year of experience managing a team
  • Technical proficiency in software development, database management, and system design.
  • Knowledge of logistics operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, customer service, and transportation management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify areas for improvement in processes or procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to train staff on new systems or procedures.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred qualifications: 



  • Knowledge of lean/process improvement methodologies
  • Knowledge of budgeting and planning experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in industrial engineering
  • Experience in system and methods positions or work with BPMN, Bizagi, and other business process management software is a plus.
