Responsibilities:

Ensure a positive experience for drivers, particularly new ones, aligned with our brand and values
Launch promotions and campaigns to foster stronger attachment between drivers and the company
Take ownership of the Driver Loyalty Club, overseeing the implementation of the loyalty program, designing services, and managing its operation
Analyze the performance of the loyalty program and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with outsourced vendors to implement effective loyalty schemes
Coordinate with external contractors and service providers
Work closely with other departments to translate business requirements into loyalty program rules, processes, and configurations
Collaborate with the Software Product team on application configuration and enhancements
Evaluate the quality of drivers' equipment and contribute to its improvement

Requirements:

Proficiency in developing and implementing loyalty strategies.
Strong analytical skills for evaluating program performance and identifying improvement areas.
Knowledge of driver management best practices.
Familiarity with warehousing and supply processes.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Data-driven decision making with a focus on continuous improvement.
Strong negotiation and collaboration skills.
