Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Fleet Training Specialist to join our organization. As a Fleet Training Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing effective training programs for our employees. If you have excellent communication skills, a creative mindset, and a drive for continuous improvement, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Training Needs Assessment:

Regularly identify training needs of employees based on job requirements, organizational strategies, future plans, and career progression.

Training Calendar and Execution:

Develop a comprehensive training calendar and precise schedule for the implementation of training courses.

Collaborate in the preparation and development of annual training plans for employees, including ambassadors and office staff, based on training priorities.

Training Database Management:

Update and maintain a database of completed training courses.

Coordinate and ensure quality training environments and venues, both for in-person and online training sessions.

Training Delivery:

Conduct training courses in both physical and virtual settings.

Follow a checklist to maintain training quality and strive for continuous improvement.

Training Effectiveness Evaluation:

Evaluate the effectiveness of training courses and prepare reports on the impact of each training program.

Monitor the documentation of training results in employee training files.

Collaboration and Reporting:

Foster productive relationships with training institutions, identify trainers, negotiate contracts, and present outcomes to department managers for finalization.

Prepare management reports on training performance in the organization.

Training Improvement Initiatives:

Propose training initiatives for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Education, or related fields.

Ability to adapt quickly in a startup environment.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Creative thinking and analytical abilities.

Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Advanced ICDL proficiency.

Familiarity with training methods, tools, and techniques.

Intermediate level of English proficiency.
