Responsibilities
Identify and engage with qualified candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networking sites
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications
Manage job postings on internal and external platforms, ensuring accurate and enticing descriptions of vacancies
Build and maintain talent pipelines for future job openings, proactively sourcing and nurturing potential candidates
Conduct reference checks and background screenings on selected candidates to verify qualifications and eligibility
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role within the Information Technology and Services industry
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels
Proven ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidates' qualifications
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload
High level of confidentiality and professionalism in dealing with sensitive and confidential information
