Job Duties
Figuring out how much to compensate an employee for their job title, roles and responsibilities.
Researching compensation and benefit plans to create a competitive offering for their company.
Working with benefits vendors and investment brokers.
Support of managers in their decisions about compensation packages and ways to motivate employees.
Assess employees needs by conducting organizational surveys.
Create and analyze job descriptions evaluations and classifications.
Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks.
Coming up with new ways to motivate the employees.
Updating the existing compensation and benefits program.
Conducting detailed research on salaries and labor markets.
Job Requirements
BA in human resources, business administration or similar relevant field.
Previous working experience as a compensation and benefits specialist for (2) years.
Adequate and proven analytical skills
Networking and Influencing skills.
Adequate Negotiation skills.
Strong Time Management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines.
Experience with employee satisfaction surveys.
Team Player.
Great attention to details, very careful and precise.
English Language.
Word / Excel / PPT.
Familiar with job evaluation and job analysis systems (GGS, Hey methods).
Familiarity with labor legislation.
