We're thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an energetic individual to join our team as a product trainee with a focus on AI at Diginext Tech Studio. This role provides a unique chance to jumpstart your career in product management, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Product trainee, you'll collaborate closely with our seasoned product managers, actively contributing to the development and success of our cutting-edge AI-driven products.


Responsibilities: 


Your main responsibilities will include:


  • Collaborate with the product management team, focusing on AI-driven solutions, to analyze market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis, informing product strategy and decision-making.
  • Assist in defining AI-specific product requirements, features, and user stories, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
  • Support product managers in creating and maintaining AI product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and managing the product backlog.
  • Assist in conducting user research and usability testing for AI-driven functionalities, gathering insights and validating product ideas and enhancements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including AI engineering, AI design, and AI QA, to facilitate the development process and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality AI-driven products.
  • Contribute to the creation of AI-specific product documentation, including specifications, user guides, and release notes.



Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • Strong passion for technology, especially AI, software products, and user-centric design.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, specifically in the context of AI-driven products.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate ideas and collaborate with cross-functional AI teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple AI projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Trello.
  • Basic understanding of software development processes and technologies, with a focus on AI.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and eagerness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
