We are on the lookout for a "Talent Acquisition Specialist" to join the AloPeyk HR team. Together, we aim to collaborate on a platform that facilitates logistics for both companies and individuals.

Responsibilities expected from our new colleague include:

Matching the skills and abilities required by units with market standards and organizational norms
Conducting the recruitment process for various positions
Preparing tests and conducting other skill assessments for job seekers
Creating job advertisements
Monitoring recruitment channels daily, such as websites and social networks like LinkedIn
Reviewing resumes and entering them into automation
Categorizing and recording information
Following up on the results of specialized interviews

Skills required for this position include:

Proficiency in recruitment and hiring principles and processes
Familiarity with ATS systems
Work experience in startup companies in the field of information technology
Sufficient experience in the Recruitment
Teamwork
Responsibility
Time management
