Responsibilities:
Creating delivery plan, expansion and timeline for cities
Monitor delivery performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Monitor projects milestones and make sure task are delivered as per schedules
Negotiate and coordinate with other teams to make sure all stakeholders’ needs are met
Provide feedback and to all stakeholders and prepare necessary action plans
Requirements:
Bachelor or master’s degree holder in Engineering/ MBA or related fields
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
Good negotiation skills and eager to work with different stakeholders
Demonstrated experience balancing and prioritizing multiple projects to meet goals, deliverables, and deadlines.
Having experience in on-demand delivery or platform businesses is a plus
Proficiency in English is a must
Effective teamwork and communication skills
