About the Role
We are seeking a Product Lead to lead a product area and drive meaningful business and customer outcomes. In this role, you will shape product strategy, own key product metrics and outcomes, and lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, use customer insights and data to guide decisions, and ensure product priorities are aligned with broader business objectives. You will also lead and support product managers, providing direction and mentorship while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's overall vision and goals. Identify market opportunities, conduct market research, define product roadmaps, and own business and product outcomes.
Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
Team Management: Lead and support a high-performing product team. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to product managers and other team members. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Customer Insight: Stay updated on industry trends, develop a first-hand understanding of customer needs, and monitor the competitive landscape. Conduct market analysis, gather customer feedback, and leverage data-driven insights to inform product decisions and drive product enhancements.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including executives, sales, and customer support teams, to gather requirements, align priorities, and ensure successful product launches. Build strong relationships with external partners, customers, and industry experts.
Product Performance: Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, such as revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction. Own key product metrics and outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize product performance and drive business growth.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration).
Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the technology industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Deep understanding of product development processes and methodologies.
Strong business acumen and ability to align product strategies with business objectives.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong data fluency and ability to use data to drive product decisions.
