Responsibilities:
1. Design, optimize, and monitor data infrastructure including data warehouse and OLAP.
2. Design and implement ETL pipelines, ensuring data quality from multiple sources.
3. Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align data infrastructure with
organizational objectives:
4. Monitor query and ETL pipeline performance, ensuring acceptable performance criteria.
5. Create visualizations and reports for projects.
6. Develop and update technical documentation.
7. Prepare reports and dashboards using various data sources, defining business KPIs.
8. Support business with a proactive attitude, prioritizing activities based on value.
9. Run ad-hoc data analyses to identify business opportunities and recommend actions using
data storytelling techniques.
Required Qualifications:
1. Experienced in BI Solutions
2. Experienced in T-SQL and proficient in dimensional modeling techniques.
3. Practical experience with Power BI or other reporting tools.
4. Bachelor's degree in relevant fields for one job, Master's degree preferred.
5. Knowledge of automated reports, dashboards, and data visualization tools.
6. Attention to detail, well-organized, and ability to work towards tight deadlines.
7. Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data using statistical techniques.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Skilled in query and database performance tuning.
2. Experience with Linux tools
3. Skilled in data quality principles and concepts.
4. Familiarity with SQL Server administration tasks.
5. Experience with Python and PyData tools.
6. Understanding of data warehouse, data mart, and data model.
7. Passionate about data analysis and problem-solving.
8. Proven communication and interpersonal skills.
