Responsibilities:

  • Gather, clean and analyze data using statistical techniques and generate regular reports
  • Translating analysis results into business recommendations
  • Providing data analysis needed for creating business insight and improving the quality of operations decision making
  • Provide data-driven solutions to improve biker acquisition performance
  • Meet tight deadlines while working in a deadline-driven environment
  • Increasing the lifetime value (LTV) of couriers by cooperating with the departments of biker acquisition, Engagement,business development and Business Intelligence by creating a precise definition of the life cycle and its key stages and identifying development paths
  • Defining metrics and indicators and analyzing success of tests and initiatives
  • Controlling and improving operational indicators
Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Familiarity with data analysis and analytical tools like Python, SQL, PowerBI
  • Familiar with the simulation of logistics processes and optimization principles
  • Familiar with optimization algorithms
  • Familiarity with root cause analysis
