شرح موقعیت شغلی

Purpose of Position:

In order to grow our Visual Studio Team, we are looking for a creative, motivated, and task-oriented graphic designer with the ability to work quickly, but carefully, on items requiring fast turnaround. The candidate is able to contribute to creative discussions and must be able to take constructive criticism. You embrace challenges, take initiative, and are able to work independently, as well as collaboratively in teams. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Designing Social Media Posts and Banners
Understanding of and experience in digital design and marketing
Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills
Creative and innovative problem solver
Take direction well, but also able to make decisions and take initiative
Work collaboratively, presenting your work for internal critiques and team reviews
Work creatively and quickly meeting quality and accuracy standards
Ability to code HTML and CSS and UX design experience is a plus

Requirements

Qualifications:

A high level of skill in the following Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Ability to think creatively and innovatively
Outstanding creative design skills
Familiar with the latest trends, technologies and methodology in graphic design
Standard portfolio showcasing a wide range of design skills/abilities
Must have an elevated design sense. Preferable experience in Beauty or Retail
Detail-Oriented and able to meet deadlines in a fast work environment
Excellent communication skill
Ability to follow directions receive constructive criticism and execute accordingly
A team player who works well in a team environment.

Education/Experience:

Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a Graphic Design position

Supervisory Responsibility:

This position directly reports to Zomorod Art Director
