Job Description:
 
Are you a Product Designer with a passion for making a difference and a knack for creating engaging user experiences? Join us and be a part of our mission. As a Product Designer, you will be an essential part of our dynamic team, working on a two-sided platform that connects donors and NPOs. Your role will involve problem-solving, creative thinking, and bringing our vision to life.

 

 Key Responsibilities:


  1. Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and cross-functional teams to define product goals and design requirements, with a strong emphasis on creating an exceptional user experience (UX).
  2. Conduct user research to gain insights into the behaviors and needs of donors, volunteers, and NPOs, and use this research to inform your design decisions.
  3. Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to illustrate design concepts and user journeys, ensuring a user-centric approach.
  4. Develop and maintain a design system that ensures a cohesive and delightful user experience.
  5. Implement gamification and engagement strategies to encourage user participation and philanthropy while maintaining a strong UX.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and global best practices to drive innovation in our product designs.
  7. Mentor and manage junior designers, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  8. Work with developers to ensure the seamless implementation of your designs.
  9. Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing, adapting to global market requirements.
  10. Be a solution provider, taking on complex problems and delivering innovative design solutions with a strong focus on user experience.
 

 Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, such as Figma or similar.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset.
  • Experience in gamification and engagement strategies is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate in English.

Company location: Jordan St
Working days: in person from Saturday to Wednesday from 9 am to 6 pm

ما در شرکت گروه پیدایش نرم افزار، یک تیم جوان و پویا در زمینه تولید یک پلتفرم شبکه اجتماعی هستیم. ما ماموریت داریم تا از طریق پلتفرم خود تغییر مثبتی در جهان ایجاد کنیم. در این راستا شرکت در سال 2020 در کشور انگلیس تاسیس کرده ایم. پلتفرم ما اهداکنندگان و داوطلبان سخاوتمند را با سازمان‌های غیرانتفاعی (NPOs) متصل می‌کند تا چرخه‌ای از توانمندسازی را تقویت کند. ما در حال پیاده سازی این پلتفرم در بریتانیا هستیم و برنامه هایی برای گسترش جهانی داریم و به دنبال افراد متخصص در یک فضای دوستانه و تعاملی برای رشد و ارتقاء که به تیم بپیوندند و در کنار کسب تجربه جذاب به ما کمک کنند. در حال حاضر اعضای تیم 14 نفر و محل شرکت خیابان جردن است.
