Responsibilities:

Conceptualization and Design: Develop original design concepts and visuals based on project requirements and client briefs.
Brand Identity Development: Craft and maintain brand identities through consistent use of logos, colors, and typography across various mediums.
Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with clients, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand objectives and incorporate feedback.
Project Management: Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
Research and Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of the latest design trends, technologies, and industry best practices to ensure innovative and relevant designs.
Digital Asset Creation: Produce a wide range of digital assets, including website graphics, social media content, and multimedia presentations.
Print Design and Production: Design and prepare materials for print, understanding the technical aspects of printing processes and materials.
Feedback Implementation: Revise designs based on feedback, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to excellence.
Brand Guidelines Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to established brand guidelines and visual identity standards.

Day-to-Day Duties:

Reviewing Briefs: Start the day by reviewing project briefs and client notes.
Sketching and Conceptualizing: Sketch initial design concepts for various projects.
Digital Design Work: Use design software to create or finalize digital assets.
Meetings and Collaboration: Attend meetings with clients or internal teams to discuss projects and revisions.
Research: Spend time researching design trends, competitors, and client industries.
Feedback Revisions: Revise existing designs based on internal or client feedback.
Preparing Presentations: Prepare design mockups and presentations for client approval.
File Organization: Manage and organize digital files for easy access and archiving.
Printing Coordination: Coordinate with print vendors for materials requiring physical production.
Professional Development: Dedicate time for learning new design tools or techniques.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Design Software: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design software.
Creative and Artistic Ability: A strong creative vision and artistic skills.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and presentation of ideas.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to tackle design challenges creatively and efficiently.
Time Management: Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality design outputs.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to new tools, technologies, and design trends.
Teamwork and Collaboration: Comfortable working in a team and collaborating with non-design stakeholders.
Understanding of Marketing and Branding: Knowledge of how design influences branding and marketing strategies.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of print design, web design, and multimedia production processes and technologies and AI tools.
