Wallex, a leading financial services company, is seeking a Key Account Manager to join our team. This individual would be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services, and driving growth in our business.
The Key Account Manager will report to the Director of Sales and work closely with our operations to ensure smooth client onboarding and ongoing support. The successful candidate will have strong relationship-building skills and be comfortable working with clients in a variety of industries.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
Understand the unique needs of each client and tailor solutions to meet those needs
Track and report on key metrics to measure client satisfaction and business growth
Identify opportunities for growth within existing client base
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
Proactively communicate with clients to address any issues that arise and ensure a positive client experience.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in a key account management or related role
Familiarity financial markets, products, and services
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
