About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the CTPO – Program Manager who will act as a trusted partner to our Chief Technology & Product Officer. The focus is on program management, execution excellence, and enabling the CTPO office to deliver on company-wide strategic priorities. If you are detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and passionate about technology, product, and business, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful contribution. 


Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary support to the CTPO in managing priorities, projects, and ad-hoc decisions. Coordinate high-level scheduling, calendars, and communication flows across product & tech teams. 
  • Track and monitor strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and execution quality. Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and written analyses (leveraging AI-driven tools where possible). 
  • Conduct research and gather data to support executive decision-making. Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Maintain accurate documentation and follow up on program action items. 
  • Handle sensitive information with professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion. Requirements

 Hard Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides). 
  • Familiarity with design tools. (Figma and Adobe are plus) 
  • Experience with AI-driven tools for reporting and automation. 
  • Solid project/program management capabilities. 
  • Understanding of technology, product, business, and marketing concepts. 

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. 
  • Excellent communication (fluent in Persian and English, both written and comprehension). Highly organized with exceptional time management and attention to detail. Calm, composed, and execution-focused personality. 
  • Enjoys working with people and building effective relationships.
  • Background Bachelor’s or Master’s in MBA, IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years as an EA. Preferred background in tech-driven companies
