About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated FP&A Team Lead to take responsibility for our financial planning and business analysis. The FP&A leader will oversee forecasting, budgeting, and financial/business analysis, as well as provide strategic financial insights to support the organization's growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial management principles, and a proven track record of driving process improvements.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making across the organization.
Analyze financial and business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial plans with strategic objectives.
Lead the financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting.
Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Evaluate potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions to support growth initiatives.
Develop the FP&A team, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
Expertise in financial modeling and strong analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and SQL.
Working knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, and Python.
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial statement analysis, and management reporting.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset.
Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
