About the Role

The HR Generalist (Tech & Product) supports the end-to-end employee experience for Product, Engineering, and Tech teams in a fast-paced, product-driven environment. This role focuses on operational excellence, employee relations, and performance processes, while working closely with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition to support scalable and high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

Own core HR operations across the employee lifecycle for Tech & Product teams, from onboarding to offboarding
Act as a primary point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies, benefits, and people-related matters
Support performance management cycles, OKRs, and continuous feedback processes
Partner with managers on employee relations cases and workplace challenges with a solution-oriented mindset
Coordinate onboarding programs tailored to Tech & Product roles to improve time-to-productivity
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data and documentation within HR systems
Support engagement initiatives, pulse surveys, and related action plans
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support hiring, onboarding quality, and workforce scalability
Ensure compliance with internal HR standards and local labor regulations
Prepare HR operational reports and contribute to data-driven people insights

Requirements

2–4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a People Operations role
Experience working with Tech, Product, or Engineering teams is a strong plus
Solid understanding of HR operations and the employee lifecycle
Data-aware mindset with experience working with HR reports and people metrics
Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile, and ambiguous environments
High level of ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail
Fluent in English
