About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Business Development Team Lead to spearhead Tapsi’s media sales business. This is not a marketing or brand promotion role for Tapsi itself — instead, you will be responsible for selling Tapsi’s advertising services and media inventory to external brands, building long-term partnerships, and ensuring sales targets are consistently met.

The ideal candidate is a strong salesperson with a deep understanding of digital marketing, media sales ,ads, and B2B negotiations, capable of working with top brands to maximize the value of Tapsi’s advertising platform.

Responsibilities:

Drive media sales by building and maintaining strong relationships with top brands and agencies.
Understand client needs and propose advertising solutions that leverage Tapsi’s media assets effectively.
Lead negotiations for advertising contracts, pricing, and partnerships, ensuring profitable and sustainable deals.
Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets for Tapsi’s advertising services.
Collaborate with internal teams (product, data, and operations) to ensure client campaigns run smoothly and deliver expected outcomes.
Provide clients with insights and performance reports to demonstrate campaign effectiveness and encourage repeat business.
Stay up to date with digital advertising trends, B2B sales strategies, and competitor offerings to strengthen Tapsi’s market position.

Requirements:

Proven experience (4+ years) in media sales, advertising sales, or B2B digital marketing sales.
Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Deep knowledge of digital advertising platforms, campaign metrics, and media sales models.
Ability to translate marketing and advertising concepts into clear business value for clients.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
