شرح موقعیت شغلی

As a Business Analyst in Tabex team (Tapsi’s Crypto project), you will be challenged diving deep into data, analyze data sets, discovering root causes for major problems and designing long-term solutions to contribute to business growth. You will also work closely with the Managing Director in monitoring business performance and developing business proposals for investors.

The task in detail:

-Extract data and use statistical methods to analyze data to support decision making process.
-Prepare monitoring dashboards, conclusive reports, and business cases.
-Use data to create models that depict trends in the customer base and customer behavior.
-Regularly report on the performance of business KPIs and marketing promotions.
-Leverage analytics and A/B test results to measure the impact of initiatives and optimize them to improve performance and reduce costs.

Requirements:

-Strong business sense
-Solid problem solving with a passion for creating solutions.
-Advance data modeling, data generation and analytics capabilities.
-Ability to develop and perform advance queries on SQL (PySpark is a plus).
-Proficiency in developing dashboards in Metabase and Tableau is a plus.
-Passion for blockchain and crypto.
