شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking an experienced Head of Infrastructure to lead our DevOps and Data Engineering teams directly and work closely with the backend team and other technical teams to ensure the quality, security, and availability of the whole system.
As the Head of Infrastructure, you will build the necessary tools and services for DevOps teams to accomplish their objectives, from designing Virtual Machines to digging into the code.

Tasks in detail:

Lead the DevOps and Data Engineering teams to ensure the effective delivery of infrastructure solutions.
Work closely with the Back-end team to ensure that the infrastructure is aligned with the business objectives and technology strategy.
Develop and implement strategies for deploying, maintaining, and monitoring technology infrastructure.
Manage and maintain cloud and on-premises infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking.
Ensure the infrastructure is secure and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
Implement and maintain automation and configuration management tools.
Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Continuously evaluate the infrastructure and recommend improvements to optimize performance and reduce costs.
Manage infrastructure budgets and vendor relationships.
Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular updates on infrastructure projects and performance.
Collaborate in quarter planning, planning sprints, and participating in retrospective meetings.
Guarantee the availability and security of the system through actions or guidelines.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in infrastructure/DevOps/Software Engineering.
At least 2 years of leadership experience.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Strong technical knowledge and experience in cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
Experienced in maintaining HA databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, redis, hazelcast, etc.)
Strong proficiency in at least one of these programming languages: Java, Go, Python.
Experience with Kubernetes and Docker for multiple years.
