شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a team player, with natural product intuition, who can work harder, faster, and smarter, without sacrificing technical excellence. As an Android Team Leader, you will supply the team with valuable knowledge and insights. You will emphasize the importance of the Android ecosystem and see the global potential the platform enables, in established and emerging markets alike. You will take a lead role in prioritizing Android specific tasks, and forming a technical roadmap for the platform. You will make sure the Android team is aligned with other parts of the company, where the same features exist on Android, iOS, and PWA. You will need to discuss feature parity, code maturity, ways of working, and release process, with representatives from all parts of the company.

Tasks in detail:


  • Active participating in the whole development process, from initial design, up to launching and maintaining the product.
  • Working with back-end engineers, product managers and designers, to design, develop, and deliver mobile features regularly.
  • Ensuring feature reliability and improvement in quality, by fixing bugs and refactoring the code, and identifying and eliminating bottlenecks.
  • Ensuring the performance, work satisfaction, and growth of the team.
  • Overseeing coding standards, architectural policies, and other team policies.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in development of native Android applications with Java Kotlin.
  • Android Development with Kotlin and MVVM.
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of Android Design patterns.
  • Production experience: working on the projects with unit testing coverage for non-UI logic.
  • Proficiency in asynchronous programming and multithreading.
  • Knowledge of Android Threading Model and Android internals, with emphasis on performance.
  • Knowledge of Android architecture components.
  • Familiarity with Agile Methodologies.
