As an Operation Senior Expert working in Garage team (Tapsi Garage) is a highly experienced professional who is responsible for overseeing and managing all operational activities within a company or organization. They play a crucial role in ensuring that the business operations are efficient, effective, and aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the company.

Task in detail:

1. Developing and implementing strategies and plans to optimize operational efficiency across the organization.

2. Overseeing and managing all operational processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.

3. Collaborating with various departments, including finance, sales, marketing, and human resources, to streamline operations and enhance cross-functional collaboration.

4. Conduct regular audits and assessments of operational activities to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

5. Providing guidance and support to operational teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to perform their tasks effectively.

6. Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational performance and identify opportunities for growth and development.

7. Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize operational risks and ensure business continuity.

8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to drive innovation and improvement in operational processes.

9. Collaborating with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives, aligning operational activities with the overall business objectives.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

2. Extensive experience in operations management, preferably in a senior leadership role.

3. In-depth knowledge of operational processes, procedures, and best practices.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions.

5. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

6. Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their goals.

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization.

8. Proficiency in using relevant operational management and analysis software and tools.

9. Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and align operational activities with the overall business strategy.
