شرح موقعیت شغلی

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's overall vision and goals. Identify market opportunities, conduct market research, define product roadmaps, and owning business outcomes.
Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing product team. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to product managers and other team members. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Customer insight: Stay updated on industry trends, get first-hand customer needs, and competitive landscape. Conduct market analysis, gather customer feedback, and leverage data-driven insights to inform product decisions and drive product enhancements.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including executives, sales, and customer support teams, to gather requirements, align priorities, and ensure successful product launches. Build strong relationships with external partners, customers, and industry experts.
Product Performance: Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, such as revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize product performance and drive business growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration).
Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the technology industry.
Minimum 2 years of experience in group product management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Deep understanding of product development processes and methodologies.
Strong business acumen and ability to align product strategies with business objectives.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency with DATA.
