Tasks in details:

As a Expert Growth Data Analyst at Tapsi Fi, you will play a crucial role in shaping our digital presence and driving business growth. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Generating business insights and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Designing and developing metrics and dashboards to enhance performance, reduce costs, and facilitate key business decisions.
  • Producing comprehensive documentation to support your work and delivering conclusive reports to stakeholders.
  • Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, conducting A/B tests to optimize conversion rates in user funnels.
  • Continuously monitoring campaign performance, reporting results, and assessing ROI and KPIs.
  • Identifying trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance based on the generated insights.
  • Taking a leadership role in evaluating the best way of monetizing, testing them, and making decisions.
  • Demonstrating the ability to lead a project independently.
Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess:


  • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate data into strategic business recommendations.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  •  Experience with statistical modeling and analyzing large and complex datasets.
  • Excellent knowledge of data generation and analysis tools, especially Python, SQL, and Excel.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and present findings to diverse audiences.
  • Financial knowledge is a plus.
