About the Role:

As the Head of Technology, you will lead both our Back-end and Front-end Technical teams, driving the development of robust, scalable, and secure systems that form the foundation of our products and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions aligned with our business goals, setting the technical vision and fostering a culture of excellence across both back-end and front-end development.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a team of talented back-end and front-end developers.
Provide strategic technical direction and guidance for both front-end and back-end initiatives.
Ensure the development of scalable, reliable, and secure systems across the full stack.
Collaborate with product management and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and performance benchmarks.
Oversee deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of systems, ensuring high availability and scalability.
Mentor and develop team members, promoting professional growth and technical expertise.

Requirements:

Advanced degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
6+ years of experience in software development, including leadership roles in both front-end and back-end.
Expertise in software architecture and full-stack development.
Proficiency in multiple programming languages and modern front-end frameworks.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues across the stack.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience mentoring and developing technical talent.
