شرح موقعیت شغلی

Manage employees' attendance policies and work with the attendance software.
Execute monthly payroll administration accurately and on time.
Prepare and manage personnel contracts, extensions, and terminations.
Prepare personnel information, part-time work hours, earnings, and deductions for calculating salaries.
Address employee queries regarding compensation and benefits issues.
Coordinate administrative tasks such as preparing introduction letters and payslips.
Handle general HR administration and team projects as assigned within the stated guidelines and timeframes.
Administer employee insurance, collaborating with insurance brokers and plan carriers.
Familiarity with Rahkaran System and Kasra.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in various HR software systems, including Rahkaran System and Kasra.
Strong knowledge of labor law.
Advanced skills in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and work under constant deadlines.
Responsible and committed.
People-oriented with good communication skills.
Excellent analytical skills, strong presentation skills, and excellent data management skills.
Professional level of verbal and written communication skills.
