شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for an experienced Senior Legal Specialist to join our company. In this role, your responsibilities will include completing your assigned duties, and most importantly collaborating with other teams.


Tasks in Detail:

  • Draft, review, revise, and negotiate various types of contracts.
  • Conduct research and provide advice on various legal issues.
  • Draft various types of legal documents such as letters, minutes of meetings, notices, etc.
  • Assist the legal team in internal corporate bodies’ affairs.
  • Assist the legal team in license and regulatory affairs.
  • Provide and revise various contract drafts, general terms, and conditions to ensure adherence to company policies as well as Iran laws and regulations in Farsi.
  • Assist in various stages of litigation matters and ensure legal and business risks are observed, addressed, and resolved.
  • Assist the legal team in various referred matters based on received instructions.
Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in law (Graduation from reputable governmental universities is a plus).
  • At least 2 years of working experience in reputable companies or law firms (startup experience is a plus).
  • Knowledge of business processes and legal formalities.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to conduct business negotiations.
  • Mastery of MS Office, especially Excel, and creating periodic reports.
  • Persistent, motivated, and energetic with a teamwork spirit.
  • Familiarity with the startup ecosystem and the Internet business environment.
  • Good public relations skills and the ability to establish team and group interactions.
  • Mastery of negotiation techniques and interaction with groups outside the organization.
  • High ability to plan and schedule tasks.
