About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic Partnership and campaign manager to spearhead our efforts in building and maintaining strategic alliances that drive business growth. This role is ideal for a collaborative and results-driven professional with a knack for forging impactful relationships across diverse industries. Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strategic and marketing partnerships across diverse industries and sectors to drive business growth.
Collaborate with external partner marketing teams to align objectives and execute impactful co-branded campaigns.
Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements in line with company goals and values.
Foster and nurture long-term relationships with partners, ensuring exceptional collaboration and mutual success.
Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance metrics to measure success and inform future initiatives.
Identify, onboard, and strengthen relationships with new and existing partners to expand the company's network.
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in partnerships, marketing, or business development.
Strong industry network and ability to think strategically to identify high-value opportunities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills to manage diverse priorities effectively.
Proven track record of developing successful, measurable partnerships that deliver results.
Expertise in campaign management, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
