We are looking for a precise, passionate, and smart BI Developer to join our dynamic team. As a BI Developer, you will be instrumental in transforming data into actionable insights that will help drive strategic decisions and enhance our business operations. If you thrive in a data-driven environment and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.

Tasks in detail:

Develop, implement, and maintain business intelligence solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design, build, and deploy BI solutions (e.g., reporting tools).
Create and manage BI dashboards and reports to visualize complex data sets.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Optimize existing BI systems for performance and scalability.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all BI platforms.
Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and reports.
Stay updated with the latest BI technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a BI Developer or in a similar role.
Strong proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Experience with data warehouse design and data mining.
Proficient in SQL and other database query languages.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R.
Knowledge of ETL processes and tools.
