شرح موقعیت شغلی

Receiving goods from suppliers.
Assisting in checking the correctness and condition of deliveries.
Verifying the contents of consignments.
Transferring stock inside the warehouse.
Labelling items for pricing, storage, and transfer.
Assisting with stocktaking activities.
Notifying supervisors and managers of inventory levels and report any missing or lost inventory to management.
Packing items for storage and retail display.
Supporting the warehouse manager in the course of their duties.
Perform annual full-scale inventory assessments to identify missing inventory and items to be ordered
Accurately maintain company database including all stock and inventory items
Keep booking all inventory turnovers in warehouse software to provide up-to-date reports on inventories.

Qualifications for Stock Clerk

A high school qualification or diploma
At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse or retail environment is preferred.
An understanding of terminology, such as receiving, inventory, and shelving.
Basic knowledge of using an ERP system is a plus.
A friendly and hard-working disposition.
Punctual with good time management skills.
Well-presented appearance.
Experience with software such as Microsoft Excel and other company spreadsheet programs
Typing and record keeping skills essential to maintaining accurate information for managers and supervisors regarding stockroom inventory
Ability to problem solve quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to their importance
Personal accountability and integrity are essential, as a stock clerk has access to valuable inventory
