We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing the company's social media strategy to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

Responsibilities:

Create, curate, and manage all published content on social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Engage with customers on our social media platforms through contests, content, and other interactive activities to drive feedback and foster community interaction.
Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms promptly.
Analyze social media data and insights to guide future social media campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Collaborate with other team members to integrate social media plans with overall marketing and branding efforts.
Implement social media advertising campaigns.
Manage reports necessary to show the growth and performance of the team.
Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to expand the company's reach.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
2+ years of experience with social media management.
Understanding of social media marketing/engagement.
Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinking with a passion for social media marketing.
Self-starter with a creative mindset and excellent communication skills.
Good time management and project management skills.
