 About the Role:

We are seeking a collaborative and technically proficient team player with exceptional product intuition. You are committed to delivering technical excellence while working diligently, efficiently, and intelligently. You possess a deep understanding of how your technical contributions impact our products at scale, and your work is a key driver of our objectives. Responsibilities:


  • Work primarily with Node.js, Python, Redis, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
  • Write clean, scalable code quickly and iterate on it for continuous improvement.
  • Analyze data and assess results to identify and implement the most effective problem-solving solutions.
  • Contribute to software architectural discussions, both in theory and practical implementation.
  • Participate in quarterly planning, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings to align efforts with team goals.
  • Monitor systems efficiently, maintain thorough documentation, and ensure proper test coverage to guarantee reliability and performance.
Requirements:


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional software development experience.
  • Proficiency in coding and debugging, with expertise in at least one programming language and a willingness to learn others.
  • Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Software Architecture and database design.
  • Familiarity with Linux or Unix operating systems.
  • Knowledge of production-grade orchestration tools and techniques is a plus.
