شرح موقعیت شغلی

Are you a creative visionary passionate about shaping captivating visual narratives? Join TAPSI as an Art Director, where your expertise will drive the creation, implementation, and oversight of visually stunning content across diverse media channels. Your role will be integral in maintaining TAPSI's visual identity, ensuring alignment with design briefs and fundamental principles of visual design.



Tasks in detail: 

  • Collaborate constructively with other members in TAPSI’s “Design” & “Video Production” teams as well as all stakeholders in the Marketing Team, HR, PR, and other departments to get the best out of each project
  • Able to play the role of an Art Director, take responsibility for tasks from ideation to execution, regarding iterations, making decisions on which idea to choose, and handling edits
  • Active and creative in proposing lucid, detailed solutions regarding the visual design demands of TAPSI
  • Being fluent in the latest techniques of digital visual design to create artwork for digital media and print
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials and assets
  • Help to promote the visual identity of TAPSI
  • Being able to efficiently convey visual ideas in meetings through robust communication skills, hand-drawn fast sketches, and drafts to get approvals and/or prevent later edits/misunderstandings.
  • Be a team player who is curious to learn, and has a hardworking mindset bringing the projects to deadlines under pressure and tight deadlines if necessary
  • aware of the latest trends in Illustration, graphic design styles, techniques, and technology in the field 
  • advanced level of proficiency in English as a sign of being able to keep updated on the latest fads and trends in Graphic design
Requirements: 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the field
  • Showing an “A+” quality level of Portfolio showcasing previous design projects
  • High level of proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Strictly disciplined and able to handle each design solution into a rational and efficient workflow from ideation to execution with a precise timeline
  • Creative and precise mindset in creating Layouts. 
  • Solid awareness of the creative design process, able to interpret design briefs as well as help refine/create meaningful briefs in case there is no brief to begin with.
  • Descent knowledge of fundamentals of space depiction rules in illustration including perspective, light, shade, and shadows, as is necessary when doing photo manipulations and creating mockups.
  • Good technical knowledge of print process, technical aspects of digital media, and how to work with raster/vector design assets
  • Descent knowledge of 3D Design workflow regarding the creation of 3D graphics and illustrations (good knowledge of a 3d modeling and rendering software would be a plus)
