Own and lead Driver’s Loyalty Club including getting driver incentives, service design and operation.
Analysis of the loyalty program performance.
Negotiating and signing contracts with external vendors and partners.
Asses and work with outsourced vendors to implement best practice loyalty schemes.
Coordination of external contractors and service suppliers.
Close cooperation with other departments in order to translate business requirements into loyalty program rules, processes and configurations.
Cooperation with Product team with regards to application configuration and enhancements.
Expand the lifetime value of drivers and create more engagement with them as one of Tapsi's main stakeholders.
Qualifications:
At least B.S degree - Relevant majors like Marketing, Management, MBA.
+4 years of relevant experience (Business Development, Marketing, Trade, Sales).
Experience in campaign and account management.
Excellent negotiation skill.
Experience in project management.
Fluent verbal and written communication skill.
Multi-task across multiple tasks (prioritization setting and workload allocation).
Data-driven mindset and sound business judgment.
Hands on execution.
Strong analytical skills
