About the Role

As an HR Generalist with a specialization in Talent Acquisition, you will play a critical role in shaping Tapsi Delivery’s talent strategy. You will ensure the recruitment process reflects our commitment to impact and innovation while creating a culture of growth and learning. Beyond recruitment, you will have the opportunity to contribute to broader HR functions, aligning people strategies with organizational goals.

This role is perfect for someone who is naturally curious, thrives on creative problem-solving, and takes pride in making a positive, lasting impact. You will be working closely with teams across the organization, balancing multiple priorities, and driving initiatives that enhance both our team and our organization.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the end-to-end recruitment process to attract top talent, ensuring alignment with Tapsi Delivery’s vision for impactful work and organizational goals.
Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders, creating a robust talent pipeline that supports smart growth in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand organizational needs and align hiring strategies with business objectives.
Develop and promote employer branding, positioning Tapsi Delivery as an organization that creates meaningful value for its people and community.
Analyze recruitment metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize hiring processes and improve overall efficiency.
Contribute to onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires into Tapsi Delivery.
Actively participate in broader HR functions, including employee engagement, development programs, and retention strategies.
Approach challenges proactively, leveraging creativity and resourcefulness to propose and implement effective solutions.
Continuously improve HR processes, ensuring they reflect Tapsi Delivery’s commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

3+ years in HR with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition, with a proven ability to recruit for various roles in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage candidates, build relationships, and convey Tapsi Delivery’s vision.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track, interpret, and leverage recruitment data and KPIs for improvement.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, ensuring timely and impactful results.
Proactive problem-solving skills, utilizing creativity and resourcefulness to address challenges.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, HR tools, and sourcing platforms.
A commitment to smart growth, thinking outside the box, and creating innovative solutions.
A drive for continuous learning and development, both personally and in fostering a culture of growth.
Problem-solving skills to find innovative and smart solutions for new challenges.
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
