About the Role:

We are looking for a driven Organizational Development Specialist to help us rethink, redesign, and rebuild our HR structures and processes to support our next phase of growth.

Responsibilities:

Map current HR workflows and processes ("As-Is") and design improved future models ("To-Be").
Support the design of our HR operating model — defining roles, spans of control, organizational layers, and structures.
Translate business growth targets into functional staffing needs and clear, scalable org charts.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and department heads to ensure our structure aligns with our strategy.
Co-lead the rollout and communication of redesigned HR processes and workflows across the company.

Requirements:

Proven experience in organizational design, OD consulting, or business architecture.
Strong process mapping and visualization skills.
A systems-thinking mindset, understands how people, teams, and functions interconnect at scale.
Familiarity with HR systems and workflow automation tools.
